Guests raised arrival and reception problems in three reviews: in September 2026 no one was at reception and everything went through WhatsApp, in May 2025 a guest needed three channels to confirm arrival, and in January 2024 a guest said the 3 pm to 6 pm check-in window was rigid. In 2023 guests also said the bathroom has clear glass and little privacy, and the A/C blows over the bed.
