Age and upkeep of the apartments. Since 2024 about eight guests describe dated or poorly equipped apartments, and several mention dust, mustiness, a dirty shower curtain, a sofa bed or an uncomfortable bed. In August 2026 a guest was given an apartment smelling of paint and was moved the next day. In August 2026 another said the air conditioning broke down once. In 2019 one guest said the apartment did not match the photos.
