Rooms not being available. In August 2026 a guest booked by phone and was told the room had been given to other guests. In July 2024 another paid a deposit for July 20 and was told the hotel was full, and in 2021 a guest found their triple room removed from the schedule. Visitors to the cafe and bar also complained between 2018 and 2025 about slow or unfriendly service.
