In January to May 2024 three guests gave 1 star. One said the manager was absent after check-in and service was poor, one reported being robbed, and one spent a week unhappy with the stay. These are the only serious reports in the sample and none appear in reviews since mid-2024. A 2025 guest found the decor basic, and a 2021 guest found the shop empty.
