The worst thing guests say
Insects and pests. A September 2026 guest reported an insect infestation in the kitchen, reception and bedrooms and said management would not help. A July 2025 guest reported ants in two rooms and complained three times, and a May 2024 guest reported a musty smell in the room. A 2022 visitor reported a cockroach in a restaurant dish. Other complaints are a noisy air conditioner that cooled poorly (August 2026) and low water pressure plus a €35 breakfast charge (August 2025).
