• Staff at reception. Guests describe kind, helpful reception staff. One guest with a flat tire on arrival said the staff were all helpful.
• Breakfast. Guests call the buffet generous and varied, with local products and fresh orange juice.

The worst thing guests say

Bed bugs and insect bites. In September 2024 one guest reported bed bugs and another reported insect bites on the bed, and was moved to another room. A March 2024 guest also reported dirty sheets and a smell. Staff attitude is the other recurring complaint: guests in June 2024, August 2025 and September 2026 called staff robotic, inattentive or unwelcoming.
