The worst thing guests say

In July 2026 two guests complained, one of dated rooms and a need for a refresh, another of smelly hallways and poorly kept rooms. In August 2026 a guest was offered a €25 buffet breakfast over the €15 standard one and saw no difference. Guests also mention unclear restaurant hours and a restaurant below the hotel's standard. Visitors in 2022 and 2025 reported a cold welcome at the restaurant. A 2021 review said reception gave out the key of an occupied room.
