Complaints about small rooms come up in several reviews: 2017, 2018, 2019, 2023 and 2026, including a tiny bathroom in September 2026. In August 2025 a guest cited a noisy old air conditioner and thin walls, and in August 2024 another cited stairs with no elevator. In September 2026 one guest left a 1-star review of the whole stay, and a July 2026 review found the manager unwelcoming. Older reviews from 2021 also mention a mold risk and a ground-floor window that did not lock.
