The worst thing guests say
Among overnight guests, the main complaints are noise and parking. A 2021 guest said city-view rooms overlook a noisy shopping street, a 2022 guest found parking very difficult, and in December 2025 one guest called the hotel impersonal. Visitor reviews from 2018 to 2020 criticise terrace service and drink and food prices, and a 2023 visitor complained about access to a charging station.
Insider tips
- Ask for a sea-view room if street noise worries you.
- Parking is difficult, though guests mention a public car park nearby.
- A 2021 guest found the double bed was two 90cm beds, so ask if that matters.
