Why people love it

• The welcome. Marie-France is named in many reviews for her attentive welcome and advice. Chloé is also thanked by name for greeting guests in Porto-Vecchio.
• Villas with pools. Guests describe villas with a pool, jacuzzi, balcony and views of the maquis and mountains, and bedding they called top-notch.
• Family stays. Sixteen of the recent reviews are from families, including two couples with young children.
• Location. The Balagne villas are about 20 minutes from L'Ile-Rousse. The Porto-Vecchio villa is a 5 minute walk or 5 to 10 minutes by car from Pinarello and other beaches.

The worst thing guests say

Two guests in 2025 raised serious problems. In June 2025 one guest found the property far from what was advertised, with dust, cobwebs and crumbs showing the cleaning had not been done. In July 2025 another guest staying in the Zonza villa near Porto-Vecchio said the website photos for the North villa show both properties. Older complaints include broken equipment in villa 8 in 2022 and pool maintenance promised but not done in September 2024.
