• The welcome. Guests in September and October 2026 describe a warm, professional reception. One couple who mentioned their wedding anniversary when booking through Booking.com were upgraded to a sea-view apartment.
• Pool and garden. Many recent reviews praise the large pool and the shaded garden. Guests call the setting peaceful, and one says it is away from the road.
• Breakfast and the poolside restaurant. Guests describe a generous breakfast with local produce and a water fountain with still and sparkling water. The poolside restaurant is called delicious and very good.

The worst thing guests say

Complaints from guests who stayed are mostly about age and service. A July 2026 guest found the hotel and room dated, and a June 2026 guest said management and breakfast were not up to four-star level. In June 2025 one guest said a room they had confirmed by phone was no longer available on arrival. Others between 2022 and 2025 reported unhelpful staff, and one in September 2024 was refused early check-in before 3 p.m. Damp smell and a dirty terrace were reported in September 2023.
