Two guests in August and September 2026 said they paid a surcharge for a balcony room through Booking.com and were given a room without one. Other recent stayers reported a dirty, tired room in September 2026, a sagging mattress in September 2026, and a key card problem during a five-night family stay in August 2026. Older reviews describe road noise (July 2024), an overcharge at checkout (October 2023), and parking too small for larger cars (2018 and 2023).
